How Can We Help?

Use email for questions about cropping, resizing, export settings or a download that did not work as expected. There is no contact form or account login on this site. The email link opens your chosen mail application; it does not send a message automatically.

PAN Card Resizer is an independent image tool, not an application helpdesk for Protean or NSDL. Questions about application status, identity verification, payments or PAN corrections belong with the relevant official service.

Report a Problem

A useful report describes what you expected and what happened instead. Include these details where available:

Your device, operating system, browser name and browser version.
The mode and application preset, or your Custom output settings.
The source format, approximate file size and pixel dimensions, without the actual image.
The steps that led to the problem and the exact error text, with personal information removed.

If a portal rejects a result, describe the selected application method and its rejection message. A local export check does not prove that the portal will accept the image. Never include login details or a screenshot containing private application information.

Tell us which step felt unclear or difficult, including keyboard or mobile accessibility problems. Explain the outcome you wanted rather than attaching a personal document. Feedback does not require an account, and a suggestion is not a promise that a feature will be added.

Before You Contact Us

Do not email your PAN number, Aadhaar number, full PAN document, government ID images, or personal photo and signature files. Only provide a non-sensitive test sample if support explicitly requests one. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details.

Email is separate from local image processing and is handled by mail providers. Read the Privacy Policy before sending a message. You can return to the PAN Card Resizer without contacting support; keep your original file and avoid refreshing an unsaved editing session.
