Acceptance of Terms

These terms describe the permitted use and limitations of the current PAN Card Resizer tool. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy before choosing an image. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not use the editor. You do not need to register an account or send an email to read these pages.

PAN Card Resizer is operated under the brand name PixelForm Tools, which is not a claim of company registration. This version is a pre-launch preview. The operator's legal identity and applicable jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed for publication. These terms are not a claim of completed legal review or a replacement for rights that applicable law gives you.

What the Service Does

The editor provides browser-based cropping, resizing and compression for photos and signatures, plus Custom output settings. It works on a selected file and produces a separate result. It does not lodge applications, verify identity, issue PAN cards, take application payments or communicate an approval decision.

eSign currently permits preview only; export awaits official-portal validation. DSC exports are checked against the configured specification, not against a live application record. Custom settings are chosen by you and must not be mistaken for official PAN requirements.

User Responsibilities

Choose the application method shown on your own form. Check the destination's current instructions, examine the exported image and confirm that it saved correctly before relying on it. Keep your original and allow time to resolve a rejection through the appropriate official channel.

Do not switch to a different preset just to obtain a downloadable file. Verify the visible face or signature, background, crop and readability yourself. A successful format or size check does not determine whether the content meets identification rules or whether you are eligible to apply.

File / Image Responsibility

Only process images that you own or are authorised to use for the intended purpose. Obtain appropriate permission before handling another person's photograph or signature. Do not use the tool to impersonate someone, create a misleading identity document or submit an unauthorised signature.

Resizing and compression may reduce detail. Enlargement cannot restore missing information, and adjustments may change appearance. The editor's checks do not replace visual inspection. Downloads, shared copies and backups remain under your control or the control of the destinations you choose.

Acceptable Use

Use the service lawfully and without interfering with others. Do not attempt to compromise the site, bypass input safety limits, exploit processing failures, introduce malicious files or generate abusive traffic. Do not use support channels for spam, credentials or unsolicited sensitive documents.

Report a suspected fault with a short description and non-sensitive technical details. If reproducing a problem could expose personal information, stop and describe the behaviour instead. Permission to use the public editor is not permission to access another person's files or systems.

Intellectual Property

Processing an image does not transfer ownership of your original to PAN Card Resizer or grant the site rights to publish it. You remain responsible for permissions associated with your image and its output. No licence to another person's likeness, signature or document is created by an export.

Third-party names and trademarks identify the relevant services only. Software components may have their own licence terms; these terms do not replace those licences or imply ownership of third-party material.

Availability / Changes

Availability, uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every browser or device are not promised. Browser memory limits, download restrictions and unsupported formats can prevent processing. An unsaved editing session is not a durable project; refreshing or closing the page may lose it.

Features and presets may change when defects or new evidence are identified. A feature may remain unavailable while validation is incomplete. No response deadline, future feature delivery date or continuous support service is promised by this page.

No Guarantee of Application Acceptance

PAN Card Resizer is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or presented as Protean, NSDL, the Government of India or another official PAN authority. Use of those names does not imply approval of this tool or its exports.

Only the destination service can decide whether a file or application is acceptable. Published specifications, local export verification and actual portal acceptance are separate forms of evidence. Official upload acceptance remains unverified for the current presets. The tool makes no guarantee of acceptance, issuance, processing time or a successful application.

Limitation of Liability

The tool is provided on an as-available basis for file preparation, without a promise that an output will suit every purpose or be error-free. Do not rely on it as your only copy of an image or your only source of application instructions. Verify the result before using it in a time-sensitive process.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This page does not assert a universal liability waiver, a monetary liability cap or a governing jurisdiction that has not been established.

Third-Party Links / Services

External websites, official application portals, mail providers and destinations selected through your device's sharing controls operate under their own terms. Check the destination before sending personal information. A link is not a guarantee about another service's availability, security or content.

Sending a support email is separate from image editing. Do not attach identity documents or personal photo and signature files; use the contact guidance to describe a problem safely.

Changes to Terms

The revision date appears above. These terms may need to change when the service, its operator details or applicable requirements change. Review the current terms before using a new feature. A revised page does not retrospectively establish consent to undisclosed data handling.
