PAN Card Resizer Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Your selected image stays in the current editor's browser workflow. Visiting a website, saving a file and sending an email are separate activities.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

The operating brand is PixelForm Tools. This name does not identify a verified registered company.

This policy describes the current PAN Card Resizer editor and its support contact. It explains which processing happens on your device and which activities can involve other services. It does not cover an official PAN application portal, your email provider, device backups or an application you choose for sharing.

This pre-launch preview is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The listed support address uses Google's Gmail service. The operator's legal identity, applicable jurisdiction, and account-specific access and retention arrangements remain to be confirmed before production launch.

How Image Processing Works

When you select a file, the editor reads it through your browser's file-selection facility. Decoding, cropping, resizing, adjustments and export run locally. The editor holds the working image and result in memory while you use it; it does not create a site account or an online image library.

Export creates a new file rather than overwriting your original. The output pipeline does not copy the source's embedded metadata into the result. Where applicable, it writes resolution information needed for the chosen JPEG settings. This does not remove visible personal information from the picture itself.

Whether Images Are Uploaded

The current image-processing code does not upload your selected images or generated results to a server. Selecting a file is not an application submission. The editor has no automatic connection that sends a result to Protean, NSDL or another PAN portal.

If you choose Save / Share, your browser or operating system offers available destinations. The destination you select may receive the result under its own policies. Downloading or opening an image also places it under your browser and device controls. These actions are distinct from the editor's local processing.

Technical Logs and Security

Loading a publicly hosted site requires network requests for its pages and assets. A hosting or network provider may receive an IP address, request time, requested path, browser information and error details to deliver and protect the site. Local image processing does not mean that visiting a website generates no technical information.

Cloudflare delivers the preview's pages and assets and may process request information such as IP addresses, URLs and timestamps to provide its services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. The site's enabled log fields, access arrangements and retention periods have not been fully verified. We do not claim that Cloudflare keeps no logs or deletes all logs after a fixed period. Avoid putting identity information in page URLs or diagnostic reports.

Cookies

The current application code does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage to retain your images, settings or editing history. It has no login cookie. Your browser may still cache website assets or retain a page for back navigation; this is not an image gallery maintained by the site.

Production hosting or future integrations could introduce additional storage. Those arrangements must be reviewed and disclosed before being enabled, rather than being assumed to be covered by this description of the current editor.

Analytics

No analytics, session-replay or advertising-tracking script is included in the current site implementation. The editor does not transmit image contents, filenames or editing actions to an analytics endpoint. This statement concerns the application code, not unverified infrastructure logs. Any future measurement service requires an updated disclosure of what it receives and why.

Advertising

The current implementation contains no active advertising integration or personalised-ad system. It does not send your image to an ad provider. Advertising, consent controls and related third-party data handling are not implied by future plans; this policy must be updated before any such service is introduced.

Third-Party Services

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. A normal email link hands the address to your mail application. A share action hands a selected output to your chosen destination. Neither action gives this site control over the destination's storage, security or further sharing.

The current editor's processing libraries are served with the site rather than used as remote image-processing APIs. This distinction does not constitute a guarantee about every browser extension, device service or network intermediary.

Data Retention

The editor does not persist a saved project. Discarding an image releases its active editor references, and refreshing starts a new editing session. A browser may temporarily retain memory or a page for back navigation; this is not a promise of forensic erasure.

Originals and downloads remain wherever you or your device save them, including any configured backups. Remove those copies through your device controls. Cloudflare request information and Gmail correspondence are separate from editor memory. No site-specific retention schedule has been verified for them, so we do not promise a fixed deletion period. Google's data retention explanation describes its general practices; deleting a sent email from your own account does not remove the recipient's copy.

User Choices / Rights

You can use the editor without an account or email, decline to select a file, discard the current image, and decide whether to download or share a result. Keep sensitive files off shared devices where possible. A site cannot remotely remove a copy you have sent to another service.

Depending on applicable law and the data involved, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint. The applicable process must be confirmed with the operator before production launch. Do not send identity documents just to ask a privacy question; begin with a description of the concern.

Children / Age Requirements

The editor is not a service for collecting children's identity documents. Do not email a child's photograph, signature or identity information. Where a minor's application or image is involved, a responsible parent or guardian should follow the official service's rules and applicable requirements. This site does not verify age or parental authority.

Changes to This Policy

The date above identifies this revision. Changes to image uploads, storage, hosting, analytics, advertising or email handling require a review of this policy before those practices change. Read the current version when returning to the tool; planned features are not evidence that additional data processing already takes place.

Contact / Email Handling

The listed contact is 2296744453m@gmail.com, a Gmail address; mailbox availability has not yet been verified for launch. There is no web contact form, and clicking the email link does not automatically send a message. If you send email, Google and your sending mail provider handle your sender address, message and any attachments outside the local editor workflow. Read Google's Privacy Policy. Mailbox access and retention arrangements remain launch checks; using this contact address does not add Google Analytics or advertising scripts to the editor.

Follow the safe reporting guidance: do not send PAN or Aadhaar numbers, government ID images, or personal photo and signature files. A non-sensitive sample should only be sent if explicitly requested. Return to the editor or read the Terms of Use.
